Hello
Hello, my name is Vee short for Veronica I'm a 7th grade career exploration teacher. I live and work in Lee County, Alabama. My goal is to obtain a MS in School Counseling from UWA, this is my last online course. The online experience has been convenient in someways and very inconvenient in others. My favorite Technology is my cell phone because it's capable of doing everything to keep me organized. The downsize is by the time I learn all the features it's time for a new one. I look forward to working with my classmates and learning all about technology in this course.

I agree...where would we be without our cell phones?
ReplyDeleteI think my favorite piece of technology would be a cell phone as well. I don't know how we got along without them. My kids and I though really enjoy our Wii system. So family time means a lot to them when we play games on it. I would love it if I some technology in my classroom. It seems that my school is still in the stone age when it comes to technology. I still have to use an overhead projector. No such thing as an Elmo in my classroom, hopefully oneday I will be as up to date as the surrounding schools.

I just laughed when I read about the frustrations of having to upgrade your cell phone just about the time you learn the last one - haha - that is the way I feel also. I too am looking forward to learning about new technology in this class. It is a little intimidating, but I am ready to learn.
